「恋人関係だった
セックススキャンダルに包まれた韓国俳優兼世宗（セジョン）大学映画芸術学科教授のキム・テフン（51）が被害者らに謝罪した。だが、「（被害主張女性と）付き合う間柄だった」との言及により、再び物議の中心に立った。被害者は「暴行」として感じている反面、キム・テフンは愛情関係を繰り返し主張し、相反した立場を見せた。
キム・テフンは2月27日午前、「性暴行反対演劇人の行動」SNSに掲載された暴露文によって、セックススキャンダルに見舞われた。90年代末、世宗大学映画芸術学科に進学した被害者がキム・テフンからモーテルで性的暴行を受け、その後、持続的に関係を迫られた上、奴隷のような扱いを受けたとする内容だ。
波紋が広がると、キム・テフンは28日、謝罪文を通して「責任を痛感し謝罪する意で、世宗大学の教授職を辞任し、演劇活動など一切の活動を中断して私が身を置いた日課職から離れたい」と明らかにした。
しかし、自身が記憶する事実関係が掲示文や報道とは異なる部分があるとして、立場を追加で公開した。問題は「性的暴行を受けた」とする被害者の立場とは相反する「恋人関係」「好感」などを主張していることだ。
記憶は時間が経てば歪曲されることもあり、その状況の感情も相対的に違うこともあり得る。だが、キム・テフンが言及した「交際する関係」は互いの同意が必要だ。被害当事者は性的暴行と記憶しているため、こうした関係は成立しにくい。相手が望まないのであれば、それは一方的な暴行であるほかない。
それでもキム・テフンは2人の被害者に「好感の程度を間違って理解していたようだ」としながら、自身の防御的弁解と謝罪を伝えた。過去の醜行により精神的苦痛を強いられていたといい、勇気を出してMe Too運動に参加したと主張する被害者にキム・テフンの謝罪文は二次被害となる可能性が高い。
これは被害者へ対する加害者の真の謝罪と法的措置が切実に必要だという声が高まる理由でもある。
